When will my order ship?

We are working our little butts off to get your Waffleye™ Waffle Maker to you as quickly as possible, Sweetie. Your order will be shipped form our warehouse in California, and usually ships in 1-2 business days (but sometimes sooner). We ship via USPS. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. If you have further questions about your order, please contact us via our handy contact form above.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our product. Our waffle maker is durable, convenient, fun, and designed to last a very long time, but we aren't always perfect. If you have a problem with your waffle maker, contact us and we will gladly help with returns and exchanges. Grandma makes sure that we take good care of our customers.

We offer a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase and guarantee your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Should the defect be covered by the terms of the limited warranty, we will repair or replace the defective parts.
