How do I get a product manual?

Each Waffleye Waffle Maker comes with one kitchen manual/recipe book. If you have lost or misplaced your manual, contact our customer support team and we will email you a PDF version.

My Waffleye has stopped working, help me!

Oh rats! I don't like to hear that. We stand by our product, but sometimes sh*t happens. If you come across a problem, consult your manual for troubleshooting options. If you can't find the solution, contact our customer support team and we will gladly help.

Where did your name come from and how do you pronounce it?

When I attended school, my teacher used to say, "No question is a bad question." Well, that's not always true, but this one is, in fact, a good question. Our name was thought of by our founder and was inspired by waffles of course. It is a play on the all-seeing eye, it is a play on being full, it is a play on a new way of seeing waffles. But it has no strong significance and is somewhat arbitrary. We wanted a name that would be solely attributed to our brand and company in a way that is all its own.

How do you pronounce that name anyway? Wa-fül-eye. It's that easy.

Who is Grandma?

Well dear, I am Grandma. I am the mascot, the one who answers all of these silly FAQs and the one who gives you the best Waffleye recipes. I'm sweet, spunky, and a little scandalous at times. But it's all in good fun.

My Waffleye is broken, how do I exchange it?

We don't like broken waffle makers. So don't worry, we have a solution! If you come across a problem or concern within one (1) year from date of purchase, our one (1) year warranty will cover any defect of material or workmanship when utilized for normal and intended household uses.

When will my order ship?

We are working our little butts off to get your Waffleye Waffle Maker to you as quickly as possible, Sweetie. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in California, and usually ships in 1-2 business days. We ship via USPS. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. If you have further questions about your order, please contact us via our handy contact form on our "Contact" page or email us and info@waffleye.com

My Waffleye hasn't arrived. Help, I need some waffles!

When I was young, my mom always told me patience is a virtue. Well, now I pass that advice onto you, sweetheart. We generally ship USPS Priority, which takes between 2-3 business days. Sometimes shipping can take a tad bit longer depending on where you live. Orders take up to two days to process and ship, so if you haven't received your order within 7 business days, please contact our bitchen customer support team and we will assist you with tracking down your order so that toucan get to eating waffles ASAP.
