Your order will be shipping from our warehouse in California. We process all orders in 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will ship the following business day. Orders ship UPS Ground. We will ship products worldwide for an additional cost.
Returns and Exchanges
We stand by our product. Our waffle maker is durable, convenient, fun, and designed to last a long time, but we aren't always perfect. If you have a problem with your Waffleye Waffle Maker, contact us and we will gladly help with returns and exchanges.
We have a no-questions-asked policy if you wish to return your waffle maker within three (3) month of purchase. We also have a one (1) year warranty that will cover any defect of material or workmanship, under the condition your product is utilized for normal and intended household use.

We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on our products that guarantees our Waffleye Waffle Maker to be free from any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is good for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase, under the condition your product is utilized for normal and intended household use. If a defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty is discovered within one (1) year, Waffleye will repair or replace the defective part.
To process a warranty claim, contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a contact form. We will guide you in troubleshooting in an attempt to fix minor problems. If troubleshooting does not fix the problem, we will authorize an exchange. We require proof of purchase indicating the date and place of your purchase, full name, shipping address, and phone number to process any return. We cannot process a return or exchange without this information.
